Medium-Size Window Wells Made From Highly-Durable Galvanized Steel

Per the United States IRC standards, every basement living space is required to have a fire emergency exit. However, in utility spaces when a window is needed only for light or ventilation or to protect a basement window. Then, a 24” projection window well is a good match.

The 24″ window well will provide more light and ventilation than our smaller wells but they also conserve your outdoor space.  These wells are narrower in the front, than in the back are also known as casement window wells.

Please refer to our elongated wells if you need a non-egress well with a smaller projection (20 inches or less).

Our wells are made from corrugated steel that can withstand pressure from water and soil when properly attached to the foundation wall. So, when choosing one of our rectangular window wells, you can rest assured that they will resist corrosion for many, many years.
